Peter Kropotkin - what is your opinion on abortion?
Abortion Is a matter of bodily autonomy — and that is a fundamental human right. No person has the right to control the body of another. Decisions about one’s body belong only to the individual. A free society cannot exist if people do not control their own bodies.
The state has no legitimate authority over pregnancy. Forced pregnancy is a violation of human freedom. Women must be free, and this includes choosing whether to carry a pregnancy, or not. Anti-abortion laws are examples of state tyranny.
